1. Who we are
Seeds of Performance is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. For any privacy question, write to info@seedsofperformance.eu.
2. What we collect
We only collect what you give us voluntarily, through two forms. Appointment request or question: name, email, mobile number, message and, for an appointment, the intended start and end times. Testimonial: name, role, email, rating and the text you write. In addition, the server automatically records the IP address and browser type of visitors, as happens on any website.
3. What we use it for
Contact messages are used only to reply to you. They are not used for advertising, nor added to any mailing list. Testimonials are reviewed by our team before any publication. If yours is published, your name, role, rating and text appear on the site. Your email is never published: it serves only to tell you the outcome. Technical logs keep the site secure and stop abusive use.
4. Our legal basis
We process contact form data to answer your request, which corresponds to steps taken prior to a possible contract and to our legitimate interest in communicating with those who approach us. Testimonials rest on your consent, given when you submit the form. You may withdraw it at any time by asking us to remove it.
5. Who has access
We do not sell or pass data to third parties for commercial purposes. We use only the providers the site needs to work: OVH, which hosts the server, in France. Resend, which sends the emails, in the European Union. Cloudflare, which checks that whoever submits a form is a person and not a bot. If audience measurement is switched on, Google Analytics will also process data, and only with your consent.
6. How long we keep it
Contact messages stay in our mailbox for as long as they are useful to follow up the matter, and are then deleted. Testimonials are kept while they remain published. Those not approved are kept only as an internal record of the decision. Server logs are kept for a short period, as needed for security.
7. Cookies and data stored in your browser
This site uses no advertising, profiling or social media cookies. It stores two pieces of information in your browser, using local storage: the language you chose and your answer to the audience measurement notice. They stay on your device and are never sent to us. If audience measurement is active, your consent is requested before any statistics cookie is created. If you decline, none is created. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
8. Your rights
You may ask us, at any time, to access your data, correct anything wrong, erase it, restrict its processing, port it elsewhere, or object to the processing. Just write to info@seedsofperformance.eu. We reply within the period set by law. If you believe we have not handled the matter properly, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country. In Portugal, that is the CNPD.
9. Security
The whole site runs over an encrypted connection. Testimonials are held in a database that is not reachable from the internet, and the management area requires authentication. No system is infallible, but we keep the server updated and review its protections regularly.
10. Changes to this policy
If the way the site works changes, we update this text and the date at the top of the page. We suggest you check it from time to time.
